The Curaçao Airport Holding N.V. (CAH), in the capacity of owner of the Airport area, is going to develop an office building to promote the possibilities of this area. The CAH will use one floor of the building as its own head office facility. The rest (600 sqm total) of the floors will be leased to interested parties. The construction will start in the 4th quarter of 2018. The CAH Office building is the start of a complete transformation of the Airport Area. It will be a multi-functional area with the main focus on high tec and innovative projects, like our neighbor, the Blue NAP datacenter.
